Following Deepavali, the next big date for big releases is most definitely Pongal. The makers of the Karthi starrer ‘Alex Pandian’, Studio Green, have officially confirmed the release for Pongal through their promos that have hit the stands today. The movie directed by Suraaj has Anushka playing Karthi's love interest. Music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad and the details of the audio launch are expected anytime soon.
Bejoy Nambiar’s bilingual multi-starrer ‘David’ which features Jiiva and Vikram was also expected to hit the screens at the same time but now our sources tell us that, at the moment the film is preparing to come out only on Feb 1st . The film has music by Anirudh Ravichandran amongst others.
