Kalla Thupakki is produced by Ravi Devan and directed by Logiyaas. The film deals about contract killers.
The makers were in news for title clash with thupakki directed by AR Murugadoss with Vijay in the lead and things were sorted out amicably.
The makers are kalla thupakki are planning to release the film for this Diwali and the film was placed before the Regional censor board.
The RCB denied a certificate for this film since it contained high voltage of violence scenes.
Now the makers are approaching the revising committee in New Delhi for the certificate.
